Service Description
A gentle removal focused on maintaining the health of your natural nails. We begin with a careful debulking of your existing enhancements, followed by an acetone soak to lift the product without force. Once softened, the acrylic is gently removed, and your nails are shaped, lightly buffed, and rehydrated with nourishing cuticle oil. We do not use aggressive techniques—your nail integrity is our priority. Ideal as a standalone service or before transitioning to natural nail care or other enhancements.
Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who cancel. within 24 hours or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you arrive after your scheduled time, we reserve the right to abbreviate your service. You will be charged for the service you booked, not the abbreviated service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable. All no-show/cancellations will be charged for the total indicated in our service menu.
