Accessibility
Hive is proud to be designed for not only ADA accommodation but convenience. Our generous treatment beds can be lowered to 18 inches for ease of transfer. Two of our six manicure stations are designed for wheelchair seating. Shower seating in both showers ensure equity in receiving tailored services.
Appointments
Spa reservations are required prior to your arrival as we do not accept walk-ins. All reservations need to be guaranteed against a credit card or gift card number.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment. This will enable you to have plenty of time to enjoy your entire spa experience. We encourage you to arrive in time to complete any outstanding forms before your spa treatments are scheduled to begin. We understand our guest's time is valuable and endeavor to begin each treatment at the scheduled time. Therefore all treatments are ended on time even for late arrivals and the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the treatment reserved.
Cancellation
If you must cancel, we would be happy to reschedule to a more convenient time. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all treatments. Failure to do so will result in full charge of the treatments booked to the credit card or gift card on file. View Hive's cancellation policy here.
Children
Although we love children, we recognize that our guests come to Hive to relax for a brief period of time. We do, however allow ages 16 and above to enjoy certain spa treatments under specific guidelines. Please contact the spa with questions and better understand if the Hive environment and services are a fit for your teen.
Payments
For the safety of our guests and members of the team, we are a cashless business. We kindly ask that all payments be made via credit card, debit card, or digital payment methods.
Gift Cards
​Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed for services and products at Hive or online for any dollar amount, and never expire.
Gratuities
Hive observes a no-gratuity culture. The price detailed is inclusive of all elements of the service. Our members of the team are compensated ethically and appreciate gratitude in the form of positive reviews and rebooking at the end of the current service.
Spa Attire
A robe and slippers will be provided to you upon arrival at the spa when you are having spa treatments and by request if you are having nail treatments. You can be assigned a locker to store your personal items. We encourage you to leave any valuables at home.
Pregnancy
Advise our staff if you are pregnant or nursing when making your spa reservations. We are happy to make any adjustments to our treatments to make sure you are comfortable during this special time. We will work with you to create a safe and effective plan of care while avoiding products or implements contraindicated for pregnancy.
Spa Etiquette
To provide all guests the ultimate spa experience we ask that cell phones be left in your car or set to silent. Please keep voices down inside the spa area and quiet room as others are enjoying their treatments. Only those receiving spa treatments will be permitted inside the relaxation area.
The Lacquer Lounge is vibrant and phone usage is customary so long it does not negatively impact other guests nor impede your provider. Stands and styluses are provided for your convenience.
