Cancellation Policy
what to consider before your 
appointment

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  

 

Guest who cancel. within 24 hours or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you arrive after your scheduled time, we reserve the right to abbreviate your service. You will be charged for the service you booked, not the abbreviated service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.

 

We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable. All no-show/cancellations will be charged for the total indicated in our service menu.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees.

 

Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the same charges as a late cancellation. This ensures we can offer the reserved time to another guest.

 

If you booked your appointment on the same day and need to reschedule, please note that the full service fee will still apply if notice is not given in time.
