Service Description
Designed as the back-of-body extension of our Hive Essential Facial, this treatment addresses congestion, breakouts, dryness, and uneven tone while supporting the skin barrier and calming the nervous system. Your service includes a thorough double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, and two customized treatment masques. During your first masque, LED light therapy is applied to enhance treatment outcomes—supporting acne reduction, calming inflammation, and promoting overall skin health. Relaxation is layered throughout with intentional massage of the back, shoulders, scalp, and arms—creating a treatment that feels as restorative as it is effective. Finished with targeted serums and barrier-supportive hydration, your skin is left clearer, calmer, and more balanced. Ideal for back acne, congestion, or maintenance of healthy skin. Recommended every 4–6 weeks for best results. To prepare your skin for your facial, avoid sun exposure that could damage your skin and delay any tanning appointments you have that could affect the integrity of your skin barrier. If you use retinoids, acids, or chemical peels on a routine basis, we recommend that you change your routine leading up to your appointment. Remember to stay hydrated.
Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who cancel. within 24 hours or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you arrive after your scheduled time, we reserve the right to abbreviate your service. You will be charged for the service you booked, not the abbreviated service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable. All no-show/cancellations will be charged for the total indicated in our service menu.
