Returns

Products may be returned within 2 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Due to the nature of skincare, opened or used products are non-refundable unless they are defective.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or offer store credit.

Exchanges must be initiated within 1 days of receiving the product.

Allergic Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately.

We may require a photo and a description of your reaction.

We can offer a store credit or exchange depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items will be ready for pick-up at 3035 East Barber Valley Drive Suite 100 Boise, Idaho 83716 within 1 business day of order.

For a lymphatic massage: Gently glide the globes in a downward motion across the forehead, sides of the face, and neck. This technique aids in relieving tension, activating nerves, and eliminating toxins.

ICE GLOBE CARE:
Do not completely submerge in water. If placing in ice water, keep water below rotating feature. Dry thoroughly after each use. Wipe with a soft, clean cloth or alcohol wipe. Store at room temperature, chill just before use.
